Retro Parking is a fun, simple parking game played using only the arrow keys on your keyboard. There’s no setup involved in this one: simply select your stage and choose a difficulty level. After the classic “Ready… Set… Go!” countdown flashes on your screen, it’s time to park your car! The graphics are simple, the animation smooth, and each round lasts only a few seconds.
You have only a short period of time to park your car by stopping it completely within the dotted yellow line. You must come to a complete stop within the box, but make sure to watch out for the walls as you pull in. If time runs out or you hit a wall or object, it’s game over. You’ve only got one life, so proceed with caution.
Retro Parking is distinguished from other parking games in its difficulty settings. On the “Easy” setting, you have only a short amount of time to park, but the car only turns when you are using the steering buttons. Players using the “Hard” setting will have more time, but will also notice that it’s much more challenging. This is because the car’s steering does not automatically recenter. You’ll have to steer in the other direction to get it realigned in the “straight” position.
Remember that driving in reverse will also reverse the direction of your turn!
